Responsibilities
Design and build responsive emails using existing templates or by creating new layouts as needed
Collaborate with copywriters creative leads project managers QA and developers to refine designs and implement feedback
Ensure all emails meet accessibility standards and can render correctly across major email clients and devices
Prepare visual assets for email campaigns maintaining brand consistency and production accuracy
Use industry best practices to support design decisions and optimize user experience
Participate in testing and troubleshooting using tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Figma Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop andor Illustrator with Microsoft Office
Ability to absorb interpret and apply brand identities guidelines
Must be selfmotivated organized
Should thrive in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Preferred
GIF animation skills a plus
Financial services industry client experience a plus
Familiarity with accessible design
HTMLCSS code skills a plus
