In this role, you will act as a liaison between the HQ team and various finance divisions, managing financial analyses and supporting the monthly close process.

Responsibilities
Manage Vol/Mix/Price analysis weekly, during forecast process and monthly close. Variance analysis vs. prior rolling forecast and prior year
Lead monitoring of total trade expenditure with sales divisions to ensure promotion planning accuracy
Act as an internal expert through Rolling Forecast (RF) and monthly close processes, providing guidance and support to Divisional Sales Finance teams
Manage relationships and communications with BU finance teams, providing Gross to Net P&L analysis including R&Os
Serve as key point of contact for HQ Sales Finance requests. Prepare monthly presentations for BU teams
Develop Power BI reports and automate existing models to enhance reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to navigate grey areas
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
MS Excel proficiency and strong MS PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working within a CPG environment, strongly preferred
At least 2 years of experience in finance
