Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close
Maintain accurate financial records in alignment with non‑profit accounting standards
Assist with grant tracking, budgeting, and reporting
Support annual audit preparation and compliance requirements
Collaborate with program leaders to ensure financial transparency and stewardship
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of accounting experience; non‑profit experience a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP; familiarity with fund or grant accounting preferred
Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar)
Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy
Someone who values mission‑driven work and thrives in a collaborative environment
