Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
Perform basic statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in data validation, quality assurance, and database maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Document processes, data sources, and methodologies for reporting transparency
Support senior analysts or management with ad hoc data requests and projects
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
Preferred
Exposure to Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus
