Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support decision-making
General Ledger Maintenance: Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Public accounting experience required
Preferred
CPA designation preferred
