Responsibilities
Assists the laboratory director with supervisory and administrative duties
Specific duties will include assisting with orientation and training of employees, overseeing day to day operation of the lab and ensuring that testing is performed in an accurate, timely, cost effective, professional and confidential manner
Coordinates the performance and statistical review of quality control, calibration and preventative maintenance procedures in order to maintain regulatory compliance in addition to coordinating the performance of all proficiency testing surveys
