The role involves developing and implementing a software procurement framework, managing risk and governance, and providing expertise in digital healthcare procurement while collaborating with various business units.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive software procurement framework, mapping digital and technology processes and contracting best practices across commercial regions
Partner closely with Digital Health, AI Governance, Legal, Technology, and Enterprise Business Units to support scouting for new digital capabilities, establish governance, and ensure best-in-class software and SaaS procurement
Create procurement strategies and playbooks, delivering cost savings and other value, managing risk and governance, and providing subject matter expertise in digital healthcare procurement
Lead stakeholder engagement, guide and coach procurement teams, and ensure sourcing, supplier management, and commercial decisions align with overall business strategy, while contributing insights, innovation, and measurable benefits at a regional or global level
Qualification
Required
