Responsibilities
Design and build secure, scalable AWS cloud-native architectures (microservices, serverless, containers)
Develop end-to-end IoT solutions from device connectivity to real-time analytics
Build and optimize streaming data pipelines, time-series databases, and analytics platforms
Implement big data solutions using Kinesis, EMR, Glue, Redshift, and Timestream
Enable AI/ML use cases including predictive analytics and anomaly detection using AWS AI services
Create production-ready proof-of-concepts and evolve them into scalable solutions
Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and promote cloud and DevOps best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of full-stack software development experience
5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering
Strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, EC2, IoT Core, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, Bedrock)
Proven experience with real-time streaming data, time-series databases, and data engineering pipelines
Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions (SageMaker, Bedrock)
Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with IoT architectures, industrial protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, DNP3), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and cloud security
Preferred
Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial IoT
AWS certifications and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
Knowledge of edge computing, cybersecurity, or digital twin platforms
Proven technical leadership and strong communication skills
