Responsibilities

Create new Purchase Requisitions for all National Media services and contracts across the Nestlé USA enterprise, incorporating relevant requirements (e.g., spend type, tax code, brand budget allocation, vendor documentation, etc.)
Perform annual enterprise-wide media audits, including reconciliation internally and externally reported media spend
Monitor status and tracking of purchase requisition approval timeline and completion of P.O. documentation sent to vendor and marketing
Approve invoices related to National Media spend P.O.s
Resolve parked invoices including liaison with marketing on issues with invoice details and amounts. Update Accounts Payable, Marketing, and finance teams on resolution
Lead internal operations for creating annual media budgets in SAP, which includes collaborating with corporate and division Marketing & Finance teams to gain alignment on budget levers
Work with marketing teams and external Media agency operations partners to manage spend types and phasing, ensuring accurate forecasting P&L recognition
Track funding shifts and reflect in Marketing budget trackers, in collaboration with PFME Finance and Marketing teams
Provide finance and marketing leadership with visibility of Media forecasts and actual spend, including media savings and budget changes
Lead periodic PFME budget reviews with Media Knowledge Center of Excellence and marketing teams, identifying Risks and Opportunities to achieving annual forecast
Support monthly forecasting of enterprise-wide media PFME spend, ensuring alignment and communication across Marketing and Finance
Provide Senior Marketing & Finance leaders with enterprise reporting of internal and external Media plans and investment, focusing on spend evolution and trends by tactic and brand
Support ad hoc special projects for Enterprise-wide media initiatives driven
Ensure accurate P&L reporting of media spend
Act as point of contact for PFME media spend audit reviews
Provide reporting on Media Source to Pay performance (e.g., PO creation status, end-to-end turnaround time, invoice approval status and resolution timing, parked/blocked invoice status and trends)
Work in collaboration with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Marketing teams on root cause analysis of blocked invoices and establishing actions to improve metrics

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting/Finance, with preferred Accounts Payable emphasis
Bachelor's Degree required
