They are seeking a proactive IT Systems Engineer Intern to assist in managing and optimizing productivity and collaboration tools for the organization, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in the process.

Responsibilities
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, and others
Provide first-level assistance to employees, troubleshooting technical issues related to collaboration platforms
Examine user feedback and platform usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
Document processes, user guides, and best practices for collaboration tools to help training and onboarding efforts
Assist IT projects focused on integrating and streamlining productivity tools within the organization
Stay up-to-date on new features and updates for collaboration platforms and present findings to the IT team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and recommend tool optimizations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027
Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Partnership mindset with the ability to work without supervision when needed
Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, or similar tools
Preferred
Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Powershell, or Google Apps Script) is a plus
Knowledge of IT support principles and basic troubleshooting techniques (a plus)
Interest in process improvement and user experience enhancement (a plus)
