Responsibilities
Manage removal defense cases, including detained matters
Appear before Immigration Court for master and individual hearings
Prepare motions, briefs, bond packets, and related filings
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families
Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality representation
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney in good standing (Illinois preferred)
3–5 years of immigration law experience, with a strong focus on removal defense
Demonstrated experience handling detained cases independently
Familiarity with EOIR procedures and immigration court practice
Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
