Responsibilities
Own preventive maintenance scheduling and work order planning
Partner with Maintenance and Plant leadership to improve equipment uptime and PM completion
Manage parts planning, storeroom controls, and min/max inventory levels
Coordinate purchasing, vendor quotes, POs, and inbound materials
Track KPIs, costs, and trends tied to maintenance effectiveness
Close work orders, validate completion, and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Background in a manufacturing maintenance environment
Experience with maintenance planning/scheduling or TPM
Comfort working across maintenance, operations, purchasing, and suppliers
Strong Excel and systems skills (CMMS / maintenance planning tools)
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced plant
