They are seeking a Videographer to support their content and media efforts by capturing and editing high-quality video content that communicates complex ideas clearly and visually.

Responsibilities
Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms
Edit interviews, livestreams, podcasts, and educational content
Create platform-specific cuts for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with the Creative Manager on visual storytelling and pacing
Organize raw footage, exports, and project files
Apply consistent visual standards across all video output
Add basic motion graphics, text overlays, and subtitles when needed
Optimize videos for engagement, clarity, and retention
Support campaigns, announcements, AMAs, and special projects
Work closely with designers, editors, and internal contributors
Qualification
Required
Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
Understanding of short-form social video formats and pacing
Attention to detail and visual consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Clear communication and collaborative mindset
Interest in blockchain, technology, or global systems (deep expertise not required)
Preferred
Experience editing content in crypto, fintech, or Web3
Familiarity with CapCut or mobile-first editing workflows
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Experience filming interviews, events, or documentary-style content
Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or asset management workflows
