Responsibilities
Identify and maximize potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels
Gather data and conduct analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel
Make strategic decisions and communicate effectively with the on property hotel team
Implement the revenue strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Revenue Management role
Deep knowledge and experience with internal systems: PrO, Reserve, RMT
Deep knowledge and experience with external systems: TravelClick Demand & Agency 360, Smith Travel, Fornova, and OTA extranet functions
Proven track record for delivering market share results and leading property Strategy Teams
Strong analytical capabilities to discern areas of opportunity and solution tactics & strategies
Strong communication skills to provide directional leadership for Strategy implementation in weekly Strategy meetings
Demonstrates a commitment to core values
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related studies
