Responsibilities
The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within Oracle’s Customer Service Organization that enables long term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers
Our goal is for every customer to gain ever-more value from their Oracle Solutions by helping them make well informed decisions regarding the implementation; management and use of Oracle technologies

Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year
Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026
Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026
Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in two or more of the following computer languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, NoSQL, YAML, Go, or similar object oriented or functional programming languages
Have academic coursework, completed projects, prior internship and/or research experience or equivalent in at least three of the following areas: Algorithms, Machine Learning, Compilers, Computer Architecture, Data Mining, High Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Object Oriented Design, Network Security, Big Data, Web/Mobile Technologies, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Cloud Computing, Parallel Programming, Compilers, High performance Computing
Have proven experience (internships, projects, coursework) working on at least two of the following areas: Linux Operating Systems, Web Services, Cloud Platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS or GCP, Scrum & Agile Methodologies
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
Preferred
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Basic knowledge of database concepts
Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services and an eagerness to deepen your expertise

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
