Responsibilities

Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive product differentiation
Coordinate forecasting, aligning market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to ensure accurate supply
Collaborate closely with R&D to define long-term strategies, product roadmaps, and customer-focused developments
Lead new product development, conduct Voice-of-Customer research, define requirements, and provide business justification for product launches and improvements
Develop global product launch plans, including market segmentation, commercialization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree in life sciences required
4+ years in product management or related experience required
Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills
Up to 25% travel required

Preferred

MBA or relevant product management experience a plus
Preferably in the IVD space
Expertise in histocompatibility and immunogenetics and HLA antibody detection highly desired
