Serve as overall contract and engagement manager
Primary point of contact for City Council stakeholders
Manage project governance, schedules, milestones, and reporting
Coordinate service delivery across deskside, web, and security functions
Oversee maintenance and support of Council websites and web applications
Manage escalations, risks, and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of IT project management experience
Prior experience supporting government or public-sector clients
Experience with website/application support and CMS platforms
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
