Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) to seven (7) years of corporate and complex commercial litigation experience
Experience primarily focusing on Delaware Court of Chancery matters
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation
Focus on corporate governance disputes, business torts, and contractual claims
Ability to manage all phases of litigation
Experience in drafting and reviewing pleadings
Legal research and analysis skills
Motion practice experience
Oral advocacy skills
Superior writing skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
Excellent communication skills
Admission to the Delaware Bar is required
