Responsibilities
Greet, seat and respond to all guest inquiries with a superior level of customer service
Resolve customer issues by working with servers and management, when needed
Answer all phone calls, emails and event inquiries
Assist in end of day close out as necessary
Open and closing duties may be required
Qualification
Required
Experience in beverage or hospitality industry highly desired
Demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of customers effectively
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification
21+ years of age or older
