Responsibilities

Define and lead a bold, long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences for the third-party (3P) ecosystem

Provide product thought leadership by identifying partner and developer needs through deep customer insights, ecosystem feedback, and market research

Identify and incubate new platform opportunities informed by customer and partner research, competitive analysis, and industry trends

Leverage AI to enable personalized, proactive, contextually relevant experiences

Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to objectives

Partner closely with design, engineering, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform experiences

Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success

Influence senior executive stakeholders and help evolve the broader operating model to improve scale and executions

Required

8+ years in product management experience with a track record of building platforms and APIs at scale

Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., agentic systems, LLMs, ML platforms) and API / developer platform architectures

Strong track record of delivering platform capabilities for external developers or partner ecosystems

Strong architecture and system thinking and able to partner credibly with engineering teams

Proven success driving cross org. initiatives and aligning multiple product teams towards shared outcomes

Exceptional written and verbal comms skills

Very comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex stakeholder environments

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven platform, partner ecosystems, or API platforms is a strong plus
