The Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities
Loading and unloading Company vehicle with project materials
Loading and unloading materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on
Assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner
Perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under direct supervision
Install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets
Flashing penetrations as needed to ensure project quality
Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Freedom Forever policies, applicable codes (Ex: NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24, etc.)
Strictly follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies
Follow all direction given by senior members of the crew
Provide recommendations for efficiency and compliance gains through appropriate channels
Ensure customer satisfaction
Position may be required to communicate directly with the end user(s)
Some domestic travel may be required
May be required to drive a Freedom Forever vehicle
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites
Ability to perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under direct supervision
Ability to load and unload Company vehicle with project materials
Ability to load and unload materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on
Ability to assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner
Ability to install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets
Ability to perform flashing penetrations as needed to ensure project quality
Ability to ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Freedom Forever policies, applicable codes (Ex: NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24, etc.)
Ability to strictly follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies
Ability to follow all direction given by senior members of the crew
Ability to provide recommendations for efficiency and compliance gains through appropriate channels
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to communicate directly with the end user(s) if required
Ability to perform other duties as assigned
Must submit to a criminal history check, MVR check and a 9-panel drug screen
