Inside Sales Specialist III

The Inside Sales Specialist III will be responsible for managing a personal sales pipeline, finding leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales to meet targets while maintaining a CRM database.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for managing a personal sales pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Work independently to identify and qualify new leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up
Drive lead conversion and customer engagement through tailored product presentations and solution-based selling
Recognize issues pertaining to lead quality or sales process efficiency and propose solutions to improve outcomes
Analyze data and use it to make routine decisions related to prospect prioritization, outreach timing, and messaging
Demonstrate a depth of knowledge in company products, services, and customer needs to effectively position solutions
Coordinate with marketing and sales operations to align on campaign follow-up, lead handoffs, and CRM accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of relevant experience in inside sales or business development
Strong skills in prospecting, objection handling, and delivering product demos
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) and sales tools
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues
Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions or come up with solutions
Be comfortable managing upward, including being a proactive communicator and asking for help when needed
Have confidence and be able to establish valuable relationships with others
Must be able to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over your work
Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge
Be able to work in the office at least 3 or more days a week to foster collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Be available for global work hours when needed
Be able to travel up to 10%
