This role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow their career in a hands-on, people-focused environment, responsible for coordinating onboarding, supporting employee communications, and managing engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
Support employee communications and site-wide messaging
Assist with scheduling, tracking, and logistics
Help plan and execute employee engagement events and recognition programs
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR support and motivate a positive work culture
Support site-wide engagement initiatives and surveys
Manage incoming mail and deliveries, including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence and packages in a timely and organized manner
Qualification
Required
Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong interest in building a long-term HR career
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and shifts
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external individuals as needed
