The Program Supervisor will oversee a team of Behavior Technicians, ensuring effective treatment and program modifications while actively engaging with children in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Supervises Senior Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
Provide the day-to-day structure and organization of the team of children they are responsible for
Devote 75% of their time per week on the floor in observation and direction
Ensure the services provided are done with treatment fidelity and integrity
Report to the Program Director
Provide face-to-face, real-time direction to maximize the effectiveness of training or refining treatment techniques and strategies
Accurate collection of on-going data
Excellent communication skills
Teaching basic school readiness
Teaching self-management skills
Behavior management techniques
Complete session progress notes
Maintain organization on an on-going basis
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral health, child development or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, etc.) and advanced certification in one of the DHS-recognized treatment modalities
Have completed, or are currently enrolled in a Master or Doctoral program, in the field of child development or related fields including, but not limited to, mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology or occupation therapy from an accredited college or university
Team player with an ability to work well with others to accomplish goals
Reliable and committed to making a difference for individuals and their families
Ability to maintain a professional work ethic
