Inside Sales Specialist I

Iridium is an award-winning satellite communications company that provides voice and data connectivity globally. They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist I to support the sales team by identifying leads, managing CRM data, and assisting with outreach efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying potential leads through web research and inbound inquiries
Work collaboratively with the sales team to support outreach and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Participate in product and sales training to build foundational knowledge
Provide timely updates and reports on lead status and activity
Support the preparation of sales materials and scheduling of customer calls
Play a role in improving team efficiency through administrative support

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
General experience in/a basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate key messages and ideas clearly and effectively
Can cultivate meaningful relationships with your manager and members of your team, while being open and responsive to constructive feedback as they guide and mentor you
The ability to think outside the box to help solve problems, with the humility to ask for help when needed
Adaptability to a dynamic environment and the readiness to take on any new tasks that are handed to you
A motivation to achieve outcomes and results
Capable of handling multiple tasks at once and completing them on time with mostly no errors
An eagerness to develop professionally, continuously learn, and share knowledge with others
Be able to work in the office at least 3 or more days a week to foster collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Be available for global work hours when needed
Be able to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Previous exposure via college courses or internships to Microsoft Office
CRM exposure is a plus
