Responsibilities

Supporting solutions engineering activities by reviewing engineering drawings, preparing markups, and performing quality checks to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements
Assisting with the development and refinement of engineered solutions by collaborating with engineering and project teams
Supporting documentation and review of technical deliverables that contribute to complete, customer-ready solutions
Gaining exposure to how technical designs translate into integrated solutions that meet customer, quality, and project objectives
Working closely with mentors and cross-functional teams to understand the full solutions lifecycle, from design review through implementation support

Required

Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Candidates must not graduate prior to September 2026
Fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and principles
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week summer internship
Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Experience reviewing or working with electrical drawings or schematics
Familiarity with engineering documentation, markups, or quality review processes
Exposure to electrical design or drafting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn engineering standards
