Research U.S. and Global immigration law and procedures
Assist with implementation of case strategy
Analyze information and documents provided by client to determine next steps for case preparation
Prepare draft documents for immigration applications
Communicate with Firm’s clients and global partners
Manage caseload
Maintain case records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher required
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Individual must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred
Foreign language fluency is a plus
Previous business immigration is a plus
