Business Development Manager

Qualification
Required
Business Development and Sales expertise, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and client relationship management
Strategic Thinking and Market Research skills to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency and sales pipeline management experience
Proficiency in data analysis to assess performance and drive decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of IT, Telecommunications, or Healthcare industries is highly preferred
