Responsibilities
Label coffee bags neatly and efficiently
Weigh, bag, and seal roasted coffee
Pack orders and maintain order accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Follow direction of Roastery Manager
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enthusiastic for coffee
Able to work quickly, stay organized and multitask
Attention to detail
Able to take direction and adapt quickly when required
Able to work with others, take direction and feedback
Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. You'll be on your feet for most of the day
Use of hands to reach, grip & perform specific movements
Squat, bend, and reach for items below your waist and above your shoulders
Able to push/pull, lift/carry or move up to 50 pounds
Basic math skills
A flexible schedule and are available to work weekdays and holidays
Good communication skills
Preferred
Coffee, production, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
