Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive process guides, SOPs, and workflow documentation while analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
Design engaging training materials including presentation decks, guides, and learning modules, partnering with department leaders to identify training needs
Assist in planning and executing new program launches, coordinating cross-functional teams and developing communication plans for seamless implementation
Support training session delivery, and gather feedback for continuous improvement of learning programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to ensure accurate documentation and successful program rollouts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Proficiency in Smartsheets
