Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials for accuracy and quality

Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for installation teams and service technicians

Stage doors and materials for upcoming jobs based on daily schedules

Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred)

Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with warehouse staff, installers, and technicians

Preferred

Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred; experience with garage door products is a plus

Familiarity with residential garage door parts and terminology (springs, panels, rollers, tracks, etc.) preferred

Certification in safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment preferred
