Benefits Consulting Practice Account Manager (Work Remotely)

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner carriers/vendors
Lead integration efforts for new coverages and vendor partnerships
Resolve administrative and operational issues efficiently and professionally
Analyze client needs and recommend best practice approaches to coverage strategy
Communicate the value and impact of elected coverages to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
Champion Businessolver’s mission and foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment
Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, vendor partners, and internal teams
Develop and manage best‑practice resources, including playbooks, engagement guides, and SOPs
Lead recurring meetings and project discussions with partners, clients, and cross‑functional teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations and uphold service excellence
Maintain accurate partner information, including services, capabilities, and pricing
Track and evaluate partner performance using scorecards, KPIs, ROI models, and trend analysis
Analyze and configure file and process requirements to support seamless operational integrations
Train partners on Businessolver’s products, services, and overall value proposition
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, benefits administration, or a related field
Proven ability to manage client relationships and vendor partnerships
Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with benefit coverage programs and carrier/vendor integrations
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce, and familiar with XML, EDI, and data mapping tools
Preferred
Experience within the Voluntary Benefits industry is highly preferred
