Responsibilities
Lead and manage the general ledger close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Oversee a variety of accruals, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses
Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
Drive process improvements to streamline the close cycle and enhance efficiency
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Experience with a publicly traded company
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
Expertise in General Ledger close, accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis
The ability to operate effectively under a 5-day close timeline
A strong understanding of US GAAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
