Design and implement a retail development strategy for the Downtown neighborhood in the City of St. Louis, with input from neighborhood stakeholders
Identify and recruit prospects in the retail industry to locate in Downtown
Work closely with state and local partners to build competitive proposals for retail prospects that include real estate options and financial incentives
Oversee the Downtown Retail Incentive Program in partnership with the St. Louis Development Corporation

Required
