Test Engineer (Active secret clearance preferred-US Citizenship REQUIRED)
GeoLogics Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Test & Integration System Engineer with expertise in airborne electro-optical and infrared surveillance and targeting sensor systems. The role involves supporting integration, verification, and validation testing, as well as developing test plans and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient product flow.

Responsibilities
Support integration, verification and validation (IV&V), design verification testing (DVT), and production testing to support the delivery of EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor Systems
Develop test plans and execute product test activities in support of engineering and production builds
Support the Test Architect in the development and execution of the test architecture from bid through production
Contribute to the test system design
Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to enable efficient product flow
Provide actionable metrics
Minimize cycle time
Maximize yield
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Security clearance preferred
US Citizenship REQUIRED
Experience in test methodology within sensors to include optical performance, analysis, and test verification for EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor systems and/or relatable experience in development and/or production program
Relevant experience to include airborne and/or space EOIR system test, integration verification and validation testing, product transition to production or relatable experience
Years of Experience Required: 5 or more
A STEM Bachelor Degree is required
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
Preferred
MATLAB/LabVIEW
Experience developing and/or executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment to support an EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor system and ROICs
Prior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and be able to effectively communicate with Test Management, IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customers
Experience with use of basic laboratory equipment; power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters
