5+ years expPCH Architects is committed to innovation, sustainability, and design excellence in K-14 facilities. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain to lead project coordination and ensure high standards in design and documentation for K-14 facilities.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Develop architectural design graphics, plans, and renderings for client presentations
Conduct site visits to document existing conditions
Manage and redline design and construction documents
Oversee project schedules, coordinate with consultants, and prioritize deadlines
Guide projects through DSA approvals, utilizing Bluebeam and electronic submissions
Provide construction support, processing submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong Revit expertise required
Minimum 5 years' experience in K-12 and DSA projects required
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD are a plus
Bachelor's degree in architecture preferred
ARE exam progress a plus
Public speaking skills a plus
