Qualification
Required
Current ready-to-advance Assistant Manager OR Supervisor from a retail or restaurant environment
Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
Ability to show growth in previous roles
Commitment to quality of products served/sold
Understanding of how different costs affect profitability and how to control those costs
Desire to build relationships in the community and increase sales
Great coaching skills to identify and develop talent
Experience hiring seasonal workers
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist and lift products and supplies weighing up to 65 lbs
Ability to work with a hot torch
