Lead Regional Growth: Develop and execute strategic goals to expand commercial lending and overall market presence
Build Strong Teams: Hire, mentor, and manage commercial lending staff; oversee training and professional development
Drive Lending Excellence: Review and approve complex loan packages, ensure compliance, and support relationship managers in structuring deals
Champion Customer Relationships: Deepen existing relationships and cultivate new business through community engagement and personalized support

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in community bank commercial lending and banking leadership
Strong local business network
Strong credit analysis and portfolio management expertise
Passion for coaching teams and building meaningful customer relationships
A leader who models G.S.D. in every interaction
Commitment to compliance and operational excellence
The ability to common size financial statements and understand the information
