Responsibilities
Primary responsibility involves processing high volume vendor invoices
Indexing incoming invoices
Processing PO and Non-PO invoices and check requests per company policy
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation
Responsible to ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures as they relate to accounts payable
Assist with AP month end closing and audit requests
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
2 years Accounts Payable experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
Excellent verbal and writing skills required
Outstanding customer service and service orientation
Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement
Willing to commit to long hours during the month end/quarter end close
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft preferred
