Human Resources Assistant
Patient’s Choice Medical is a fast-growing national DME company specializing in mobility. They are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support recruitment, training, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities
Review and screen resumes for open positions
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
Conduct initial interviews and assist with candidate evaluations
Assist the Director of Business Development with administrative and organizational tasks
Support scheduling for staff, interviews, and training sessions
Organize HR records, applicant tracking, and documentation
Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting training sessions
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and internal staff
Perform general HR and administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Preferred
Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
Experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus but not required
