Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and document component, subsystem, and vehicle-level tests
Perform drivetrain testing including transmission, axle, powertrain, and related systems
Support test bench, dyno, and vehicle testing (lab & proving ground)
Develop and execute test cases, test procedures, and validation plans
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare technical reports
Identify defects, support root-cause analysis, and work with design teams on resolutions
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
Support DVP&R execution and validation sign-off activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality)
Maintain test documentation and traceability in PLM / test management tools
Qualification
Required
