Payroll Administrator
CFS is a mission-driven nonprofit making a real impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. They are seeking a Payroll Administrator to process and validate biweekly payroll for a large, multi-site workforce while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities
Process and validate biweekly payroll for a large, multi-site workforce
Review and reconcile timecards; resolve missed punches and discrepancies
Manage payroll edits, garnishments, deductions, and special payments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues and support audits
Qualification
Required
5+ years of payroll experience with large-scale or multi-site organizations
Proficiency in payroll systems (Paycom experience a plus) and strong Excel skills
Solid understanding of payroll compliance and best practice
