Responsibilities
Investigate, process, and disposition to resolve customer claims
Develop strong and responsive relationships with customers to address their concerns and find appropriate solutions to mitigate claims effectively
Respond promptly to internal and external communications, both by phone, and e-mail
Utilize high problem-solving skills to address unique claim situations
Review all claim notifications and provide a written response to clearly communicate findings and actions taken
Collaborate with Team Leader to identify claim trends
Identify and resolve routine claims to facilitate prompt denial, payment, or repair
Maintain a high level of activity and accountability using the Genesys system
Engage in considerable phone and email communications, demonstrating cohesive and well-thought-out writing skills
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 9am-6pm ET
Knowledge of basic technical concepts regarding household specialty items repair, services and parts or ability to learn same on the job
PC skills, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook basic proficiency
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and negotiating skills
Ability to work effectively and exercise sound business judgment
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates ability to work with customers with courtesy, tenacity, professionalism, persistence, and tact
A quiet, designated workstation free from distractions is required to ensure focus and productivity in a remote environment
