React Native (iOS & Android) application improvements
MERN stack backend (Node/Express, MongoDB)
Debugging, error resolution, and stability improvements
Completing scoped feature implementations
Implementing UI/UX corrections based on existing direction and feedback
Preparing the platform for limited pilot usage with early partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience specifically with the MERN stack and React Native
Demonstrated experience improving and stabilizing existing production codebases
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across frontend and backend
UI-aware engineer who understands product polish and usability
Able to commit full-time focus for the duration of the engagement
Clear communicator who can work independently and responsibly
