$16/hr - $20/hrADN Group is looking for an On-Site Services Specialist to support Ricoh’s Managed Services team during an equipment fleet refresh project. This role involves assisting with the placement and setup of printers and copiers, removing old equipment, and providing general operational support.

Responsibilities
Assist with printer and copier refresh projects, including:
Pushing and positioning new equipment for installation
Removing and relocating old equipment to designated areas
Operate high-volume copy, scanning, and document-handling equipment
Perform binding, finishing, and quality control checks
Conduct daily inspections of copiers and clear basic paper jams
Maintain service logs, meter readings, and supply inventories
Distribute mail, office supplies, and completed jobs to designated locations
Assist with shipping and receiving of materials
Respond to customer service requests and basic equipment issues
Operate basic office tools including MS Office and email systems
Travel between customer buildings as required
Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 50-55 lbs
Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, and moving equipment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Good organization and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous experience with printers, copiers, or office equipment
Warehouse, logistics, or hands-on operational experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites (as required)
