Responsibilities
Lead operational excellence and reliability projects to continuously improve equipment availability and uptime, maximize production, and reduce operational costs
Facilitate cross functional meetings for Root Cause Failure Analysis and drive findings to completion
Monitor operational Daily Management Systems utilization and compliance
Partner with Critical Spares Leader to ensure equipment criticality is up to date and critical spares are identified and tracked
Assist with development of predictive and preventive maintenance activities to support the strategy, vision and core values of the Strategic Improvement Team
Create SOPs, troubleshooting documentation, and training materials
Partner with the Maintenance and Operations teams to support, educate, and promote operational excellence and reliability program buy-in throughout the facility
Assist with managing contractor resources during outages or project implementations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related degree
Strong analytical skillset with the ability to develop key insights from large sets of data and information from various sources to drive business decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style and simple complex technical information for various audiences
Adept at problem-solving and identifying root cause to implement preventative methods
Results-oriented with a willingness and drive to achieve organizational objectives
Possess drive and interest to progress into positions of greater responsibility
