Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to assist their team. The role involves leading tax provision preparations and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
Perform second-level reviews of provision workpapers and provide technical guidance to the team
Ensure accurate and timely reporting for public company financial statements and SEC-related tax disclosures
Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, International Tax, and Indirect Tax teams to resolve tax matters
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to inquiries

Required

Hold Big Four public accounting experience combined with in-house corporate tax experience at a public company
Maintain strong knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP tax provision requirements
Demonstrate proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills to support manual and automated tax processes
Possess excellent communication skills and proven success working cross-functionally
Hold a CPA license or an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax preferred
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work independently as a self-starter who can quickly understand complex tax issues and processes
Adapt easily to change while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables
Collaborate effectively across departments to support seamless tax operations and reporting
