Warranty Project Manager

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Warranty Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-volume warranty programs. This role is responsible for end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring operational results while managing a national network of Courtesy Dealers.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned warranty programs, managing 100–125 affected vehicles per month across inspection, repair, transportation, and return workflows
Establish execution plans, milestones, and operational cadence to ensure on‑time, compliant program delivery
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints early; implement corrective actions to protect timelines and service levels
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑impact warranty issues requiring rapid resolution
Provide structured twice‑weekly program updates and ad‑hoc executive summaries on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Align internal teams, dealers, inspectors, and service partners through clear communication and accountability
Build, manage, and optimize a national network of Courtesy Dealers to ensure sufficient repair capacity and geographic coverage
Assess dealer performance, throughput, and quality; address gaps through coaching, reallocation, or escalation as needed
Maintain strong dealer relationships while enforcing program requirements and performance expectations
Ensure warranty repair claims, documentation, and approvals meet all quality, compliance, and audit standards
Validate warranty data accuracy and confirm adherence to GM/client systems, policies, and controls
Partner with internal compliance and warranty teams to resolve documentation or policy deviations
Operate within the client’s computing environment, ensuring full compliance with security, data, and governance requirements
Support coverage across all U.S. time zones, adjusting operating hours as needed to maintain program continuity
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
