W3Global is seeking an experienced Installation Field Services Manager to lead and manage their nationwide team of Field Service Engineers, Project Managers, and contractors. This role requires a combination of leadership and hands-on expertise in PBXs, networking equipment, structured cabling, and CCTV.

Responsibilities

Manage and support field service and project teams across the U.S
Oversee installation and programming of PBX (Mitel preferred), routers, switches, access points, and CCTV systems
Remotely diagnose and resolve network issues and MAC requests
Coordinate with customers on project delivery and service tickets
Review floor plans, diagrams, and technical specifications for job planning
Stay current with technical trends, tools, and certifications

Required

10+ years in telecom and structured cabling in a customer-facing role
4+ years in networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VoIP)
Experience managing field service operations and technical teams
Proficiency in network configuration, VLANs, and IP setup
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred

Mitel preferred for PBX experience
