Responsibilities
Own and administer the workforce analytics platform, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization
Serve as Product Owner, partnering with business stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, and value realization
Design and execute rollout strategies, adoption plans, and feature enablement with minimal disruption to end users
Configure dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership decision-making and workforce trend analysis
Manage user access, role-based permissions, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, identity platforms)
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on API integrations, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve platform issues (e.g., device configuration, user visibility, data discrepancies) through root cause analysis and vendor coordination
Develop and document standard operating procedures, governance models, and usage guidelines
Educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases
Analyze platform data and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and monitoring standards
Manage vendor relationships, product roadmaps, enhancement requests, and support escalations
Qualification
Required
Experience administering or owning a SaaS platform in an enterprise environment
Experience with workforce analytics, productivity monitoring, or performance management platforms
Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, dashboards, and trend interpretation
Experience collaborating with developers or technical teams on API integrations and data flows
Knowledge of audit, compliance, and data privacy considerations
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technology field
